Competition Terms and Conditions Prize draws and competitions on this website are operated by Anova Books. These rules shall be binding on you when entering any prize draw or competition operated by us or any company owned or controlled by us. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter. No purchase is necessary. Competitions are open to all residents of the UK and Eire who are aged 18 or over. Employees, agents, contractors or consultants of Anova Books, their families or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw or competition are not entitled to enter. We reserve the right to verify eligibility of all entrants. Only one entry per person is permitted and multiple entries from the same IP address will not be admissible. The prizes are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. Winners are drawn at random. Entries must be received before the specified closing dates with correct and current details. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, incorrect, illegible, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. In the event of any dispute relating to a competition or prize draw, our decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. Winners must accept prizes within 14 days thereafter. If the winner does not accept the prize within 14 days an alternative winner will be drawn at random. If you are selected as a prize winner you hereby consent to use of your name, image and city of residence for publicity purposes by Anova Books and agree to provide such assistance as deemed necessary by Anova Books. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from a prize draw or competition, Anova Books in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these rules.Proof of a sent email is not accepted as proof of delivery and we take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason. Entries will only consider if received in accordance with these terms and conditions. We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Anova Books is not responsible for any failure of websites, technical malfunctions, technical problems, traffic congestion, viruses, bugs, delays or any combination thereof. Anova Books reserves the right to cancel or suspend a prize draw or competition if a virus, bug or other unexpected cause that could corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest is found. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the prize draw or competition is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Anova Books reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Prizes are subject to availability and Anova Books reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of similar value. Images used to promote the prize draw are for illustration only. Prizes remain the property of Anova Books until the winner has accepted the prize. Anova Books reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offers, at any time, without notice. Entry into the draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our competitions, prize draws and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. The promoter is Anova Books.
